Please be on time for your appointment. PLEASE NOTE: Appointments are automatically cancelled after 30 minutes late arrival. A cancelled appointment means you lose and forfeit your deposit.

Deposits are strictly NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE. Perfection takes time — sometimes we run a little late depending on the intricate detail of the booking before yours. We will advise you if that is the case.
If your deposit is for more than one tattoo, please note that should you decide to get less tattoos than booked, this ought to be communicated a minimum of 72 hours before the appointment for rescheduling/transfer or you will lose the deposit for tattoo design(s) that have been cancelled.
